I never grade cards MINT. Mint is in the eye of the beholder. My highest grade is NrMt "or Better" My guide for grading are below. I have been selling on line now for over 25 years and had card/collectible shop for 29 years. Check out my standard grading below but as you can see it is usually better. Thanks for Looking
9 - Mint: Centering 60/40 to 65/35 with a minor flaw
8 - NM/MT: Centering 65/35 to 70/30 with the slightest fraying at 1 or 2 corners.
7 - NM: Centering > 70/30 with Slight fraying on some corners.
6 - EX/MT: Centering > 80/20 with slightly graduated fraying on corners.
5 - EX: Centering >85/15 with minor rounding on corners. Chipping on edges.
4 - VG/EX: Centering > 85/15 with slightly rounded corners or a slight crease.
3 - VG: Centering > 90/10 with rounding corners. Noticeable wear on edges.
2 - Good: Centering > 90/10 with accelerated rounding on corners - surface wear.
