A well-worn, mishandled or abused card: badly rounded and layered corners, scuffing, most or all orignal gloss missing, seriously discolored borders, moderate or heavy creases, and one or more serious flaws. Who can leave feedback?
Qualified buyers - ones that paid instantly using only PayPal or google checkout - receive an email from noreply@ecrater.com with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 20 days later. They must have that link to leave feedback. KEEP in mind MANY mail systems put all noreply emails in the trash or spam folder - IF they deliver them at all. AOL is known for not delivering such emails.

How do you grade your comic books
NEAR MINT (NM) Minor imperfections like minor stress lines, minor printing and/or binding defect. VERY FINE (VF) A clean copy with a number of imperfections, slight wear, stress lines, rounded corners. FINE (F) Better than average, some imperfections that keep it out of the higher grades. Handled but still a decent copy. VERY GOOD (VG) A well-read copy with defects such as tears, long creases, or writing, smaller but noticeable defects. FAIR-GOOD (FR-G) Worn, significant defects, tape, pieces missing, stains, ETC. With my low prices, no returns on comic books, sorry.
